Toni C. Haas is the author of the Kids and Planet book series [kidsandplanet.com] and a new YA graphic hybrid novel coming soon [The Color of Fire].

Toni has been experimenting with words from her beginning. Her efforts span optioned movie scripts, published educational curriculum, and fiction garnering awards in both Texas and New Mexico. An educator for most of her life, her favorite and earliest memories are woven into the adventures of novels, movies and music. She loves to cook with her sons, to hike among trees, and to learn all she can about science, every culture and history, especially ancient scripture and writings that teach Truth.

Toni lives with Mark, her partner in all deeds. They married in Limerick because… it’s Ireland! Together they have so many fabulous children and precocious grandchildren that Toni escapes to her office where dodgy villains feel safer, where Harper (the Belgian Shepherd) and Molly (the collie) pretend to protect her, and where fox squirrels and 22 species of birds thrive in the live oaks beyond her window. Her 95-year-old mother continues to thrive and inspire her while Toni strives to write more understanding and generosity into the world.
